Events and Celebrations in Banff
Banff indulges in hosting a
wide array of festivals throughout the year.
These vary from private bashes thrown in the
local pubs, to national celebrations. Though not
all events in Banff are perennial, here is a
list of popular events (and their respective
dates), that recur annually:
Art Shows & Exhibitions

Museum shops opened daily from 10 am to 5
pm.

Sporting Events
Event: Terry Fox National
School Day Run

Brief:
- A
national, simultaneous participation amongst
schools all over Canada to commemorate the
anniversary of Terry Fox’s Run of Hope.
- It
is thus one of Canada’s largest single-day
event in Canadian history where youths show
that they have the power to help others.
